Geoffrey Wallace
Geoffrey Wallace is a
master glazier and founding director of Geoffrey Wallace Stained Glass in
Melbourne, Australia. He is the stained glass conservator for windows in the
collections of the Melbourne Museum, the State Library of Victoria and the Ian
Potter Museum of Art, Melbourne University. His studio specializes in the
conservation of ecclesiastic and heritage stained glass windows and undertakes
major conservation projects which have included all the windows of St. Patrick's
Catholic Cathedral, Melbourne in 1993-94 and currently all the windows of St.
Paul's Anglican Cathedral, Melbourne. He is stained glass consultant and advisor
to local, state and federal heritage bodies and master glazier for numerous
parish churches, heritage buildings, basilicas, colleges, schools and hospitals.
He has conserved many of Australia's most important heritage windows and also
undertakes selected commissions for new windows.
