REGISTRATION FORM For a PDF version of this form click here The American Glass Guild announces their third annual Conference offering a series of presentations by notable National and International speakers from July 31 – August 5, 2008 in the Philadelphia area. The Registration Fee includes two and a half days of presentations, two lunches and two dinners. Travel to the Conference, lodging and meals not provided by the AGG are the responsibility of each attendee. The conference hotel is: Crowne Plaza Hotel, 2349 W. Make your hotel reservation prior to June 30, 2008 and mention the American Glass Guild to get the discounted group rate of $99 per night.

Glass Tour A (includes transportation and lunch) on Monday, Aug. 4: $45 Church Tour B (includes round-trip transportation) on Tuesday, Aug. 5: $35 Tours limited to 50 people.
Three-hour workshops on July 31 and Aug. 1: $120 each (Please do not register for more than one workshop on Friday as all workshops are at the same time.)

ATTENDEE SLIDE SHOW AGG members are invited to present one to five images of their work (new or restoration) in the Member Slide Show. All images should be e-mailed to info@americanglassguild.org before July 15, 2008 in JPEG format and should be approximately 640x480 pixels. All e-mails should include the member’s name and phone number. In addition, although digital images are preferred, 35mm slide(s) will be accepted at the registration table until 1:30 p.m. on Friday. Please label all slides with name and phone number.
AGG LIVE AUCTION We will be holding a live auction to raise funds for the Jim Whitney Memorial Scholarship Fund and future AGG educational events. Please contact Kathy Jordan at aog1987@aol.com to offer your contribution.
AGG MEMBERSHIP The Annual fee is $36.00 and provides membership from June 1, 2008 through May 31, 2009. Members receive a discount to AGG events. If you wish to become a member, please download the membership application from the AGG website, complete the form and attach to this document. Existing members who wish to renew their Membership do not need to fill out another Membership Application.
CANCELLATION POLICY All notices of cancellation must be received in writing at the address provided below. If notice is received at our office before May 31, 2008, all fees paid will be returned less a $25.00 administrative fee. If received between May 31, 2008 and June 30, 2008 a $75.00 administrative fee will be charged. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after June 30, or for "no shows". No exceptions.
