Call for Exhibits
All exhibit spots have been filled.
This is a Call for Entries for the AGG Member Exhibit to be held in Buffalo, NY during the July 2009 conference. Space is limited so reservations must be made by contacting Exhibit Chair Barbara Krueger by
May 1, 2009 (bek4450@aol.com or 248-887-1283). All work must be ready for hanging, with loops or hooks (stained, fused, etched, leaded, copper foil, mixed media w/glass). Each piece cannot be larger than 18 inches wide and 20 inches long, including any frame. Small sketches can be exhibited as stand-alone posters on a table; please provide a stand. Exhibitors must arrange for the delivery and pick-up of their panels. AGG will not be responsible for any aspect of shipping or receiving. Objects are displayed at the exhibitors’ risk, however there is a large storage area near-by so the hanging rack(s) can be rolled in during the night.
If you would like to have your piece included in the auction, that can be arranged. If you would like to sell your piece, AGG will handle the sale, with a 25% commission which will go to the AGG educational program fund. There is no obligation to sell or donate.
