Old Craft, New Art: The Process of Designing to Commission Inspired by the Brief, the Client and the Building

Helen will talk about the way she approaches each new commission, illustrated through a few selected projects. Helen will take the brief for one of her recent projects and encourage participants to come up with ideas to be brought together into a cohesive design. All that is needed is access to the internet, paper and pencils and a creative mindset.
